T he following is a brief description of the terms and philosophy that underlie Essential Pathways facilitator's training.
C learing is a term used by facilitators trained in the principles
of Pre-Cognitive Re-Education.
E ssential Pathways trains facilitators dedicated to recognizing you as the perfect Spiritual being that you are and is able to look beyond any negative appearances that you are experiencing to the real truth of your inner essence free of limiting distortions. T he training curriculum begins with an introductory weekend workshop. A buddy system and monthly practicum's encourage consistent homework to fine-tune your developing skills. To catapult you to new levels, several advanced training modules are also available, and are highly recommended for those wishing to incorporate Essential Pathways within their repertoire of services.
Y our interest and willingness allows the application of visualization techniques to be individually tailored. When faced with challenges that appear to be insurmountable, head knowledge is inadequate, and most of us find it difficult to maintain a consciousness of our inner wholeness in the shadowy landscape of our symptoms. When we are emotionally entangled in a situation, it is time to utilize Essential Pathways, and actually experience ourselves embracing the truth in an expanded, free, and light state.
Y ou will have a chance to learn and practice facilitation during the second day of the workshop. After the workshop you will be able to apply what you have learned to overcome life's hurdles. You may use the guided imagery and affirmations daily for a week within your own life and then when ever your own stuff becomes triggered either by practicing with a buddy or individually. We can only heal others to the extent we have healed ourselves. As you bring more light into yourself, more light is brought into the universe, and the whole universe benefits. By raising your own level of consciousness you energetically transmit your level of awakening effortlessly, like the holographic principle which states that what benefits you benefits others. "T rust" in the fact that you are in the process of transformation and remember that the river is already flowing. You don't need to start the river, just find it's flow. Others are also in the same current. Together you may each facilitate the other traveling to reach their own destination. You will have many opportunities to facilitate your own spiritual growth and awakening to the remembrance of who you truly are. Focus on your own inner work, process what becomes triggered with perseverance and ask questions for clarification if you become stuck. Advanced training in modules levels 2 through 4 and monthly practicum's create space for skill development. Allow your soul to create your perfect learning environment and see each situation as a potential teacher. C learings are like a form of practical prayer or energetic treatment that connect the mind, emotions and spirit in an experience of wholeness. Dr. Ernest Holmes states, "Treatment is clearing the thought of negation, doubt and fear, and causing it to perceive the ever-presence of God." C learings specifically focus on integrating the emotional experience with the intellectual teaching using visualization and advanced pre-cog teaching points. C learings are creating a space of unconditional caring for higher self to flow through for the highest good of all concerned. Clearing includes holding the space within your mind's eye for the client's essence to be who you know they truly are, not as the symptoms that are appearing in their life at this moment. When clients come to realize that they are not their stuff, that stuff can be healed, it is easier for them to release the stuck energy because they are not identified with it, for consciousness has been raised.
N o, clearings are just as effective whether you as a facilitator are in the physical presence of a client, on the phone, or across the country. There is only One and as we connect to that One, we are all connected. When you step into your certainty of the truth of whom your client truly is, space is held for them to step into it themselves. One client said "Dr. Rick Moss has arrived at such a place of self-acceptance that it makes it much easier for me to get there myself". When a client comes to you for a clearing, what he/she is really asking is "Can a borrow a cup of certainty from you?"
A bsolutely. You will be able to facilitate your own clearings about 80% of the time, which is why training is a sound investment in your own spiritual growth. You will be your own first client, and also be able to trade sessions with a buddy. For core issues we become stuck and need healing buddies or someone without a vested interest in the outcome to get past the egoic blinders we all have. All of the procedures, techniques and philosophy behind Essential Pathways is focused on raising your consciousness and your level of experience in a practical manner.
